Very friendly staff, value for money.
Overpowering aromatic scent in the communal/lobby areas which is completely unnecessary. Of the 5-day stay only once did housekeeping attend which is a big no no.

Check in staff not very helpful. Literally said we are in the wrong location even when we were showing them the booking confirmation. There was an issue in their system. There was another staff who later came in and sorted it out, so that's one thing we liked.
