I didn’t like the fact house keepers don’t clean throughout the day they do not stop tiles at the pool. The patio of the pool area was not clean the bar area was with nets flying around one of the waiters are Manager on whoever she was was rude and mean rushed everybody away from the restaurant bar lobby area oh the food was not all that good doing happy hour I could go on about this place

I'm thankful there was a room for my family and our two dogs. I also enjoyed Van. She was a sweetheart and very helpful.
I felt like the shower could've been cleaner. It looked like there was still soap residue in the tray. The room itself also felt a bit drab.

The best breakfast omelet I've had ever. The room was quiet and very comfortable. The staff was excellent and always checking to make sure if anything was needed.

The property was great. It’s become my go to hotel when in the area!
The morning cook for omelet’s that morning was exceptional rude. I believe the large quantity of guest that day may have overwhelmed her. Not sure. By the time I approached the counter to order something for my daughter she was yelling at a coworker that was trying to get her attention to help me. I did my best to ignore her demeanor however it made it truly difficult. She made it clear that she didn’t care, she said she was ready to leave! She probably needed a break. I felt bad for her however when employees reach that level of anger she probably should have been given a break. Outside of that my last two visits there was always professional but the cook for the omelets the morning of our check out was absolutely over the top & I was embarrassed for the both of us.
