I wasn't able to eat the breakfast as I was fasting for medical procedures. The girls at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. The place was very clean.
The location could be better bur it was ok.

Front desk staff is responsible for operating the airport shuttle. I waited very long to check-in no one was at the desk.

Everything was good.
The front end receptionist (pm shift) was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. 10 points for her.
However, I did not realize the shuttle was only to the Hobby Airport. So the transport costs to and from the IAH was very expensive. So probably wouldn't stay again.

Says free airport shuttle not clear it’s only for the hobby airport! Not Bush international! Booked for the free shuttle! Ended up spending 150$ to uber to and from the airport
