A pipe burst about 5 AM so there was no water. Our carpet was soaked. When I called down to see about the situation, I was told the plumber would be there at 8 AM which was many hours after the break. When I asked why don't you have an emergency service repair, I was told that they had to use certain plumbers. After 8 AM, I called again and was told they had to get another plumber. Finally, hours later we had water. We had this same experience in your Ft. Collins location a couple of months ago. You need to check your plumbing in your hotels as twice is ridiculous.
See above. It's ridiculous when you pay for a room and don't have water.

Nice and clean rooms. Had snacks and drink you can buy. My son loved the workout room and pool.
When I booked it said breakfast included but it's not. You have to pay for it.

Mowing at 8:30 am. Booked for 2 nights the next morning house keeping tried entering our room. We to pool and came back and our door was left open by house keeping after requesting no maid service.

Furniture worn down. TV did not work properly. Beds are ok. This was the most expensive Hotel on our trip, but surely not worth the money.

The employee who checked us in, and the manager of the bar were very accommodating. Helping us with check in(I forgot my wallet). And giving us directions to local restaurants and attractions. Also enjoyed the food and drinks at the bar along with the bar managers conversation.

The bed was comfy and in a safe location. Check in was a breeze and the staff was super friendly.
The ac in the rooms did not work. I had to change my room several times and eventually was placed in a room where the AC blew nice cool air. The pillows are horrible. So bring your own! The bathroom (in the rooms i was assigned) had a sewage oder. And, if you flushed the toilet or used the shower, the smell was worse.
This is a pet friendly hotel, so if the room is not cleaned properly, please expect to find dog hair on the floor, ottoman, couch and possibly the bed.

Comfort of the bed and the location which was very convenient with restaurants walking distance
Unfortunately there was a heavy storm at the morning and the hotel power has come down leaving us without internet. But it was a unexpected situation, not fault of the hotel or the staff.

The room across from me had a dog and it bark just about all night and this morning.. Hotels should not have animals because that’s supposed to be a peaceful getaway for families to go and enjoy and get much needed rest and be at peace….
