Location
Air Conditioning was too”warm” even set as low as it would go. I was also disappointed the bistro bar area wouldn’t take cash for the payment of breakfast, card only? This is America and cash IS our currency not a piece of plastic. We left and went to Cracker Barrel to eat where they gladly took my cash. Also found a few loose/unwrapped pieces of chocolate on the small sofa under the throw pillows. Made me question how clean everything else may have been.

I liked the king size bed
I did not like that the pull out couch was very small, in the photos it looks like a double size mattress, not a single
I did not like that the rooms are not cleaned everyday unless you request them to be cleaned everyday the day before
and if you don't request them to to cleaned, they do not refill items like coffee, or clean cups. I also did not like that in the ad they said breakfast was not complementary, but they state it is around $10, but don't tell you it's starbucks & it's alot more expensive than $10.

I had to ask for coffee. The waiter said he would make a fresh pot and never came out of the kitchen.
There was only one other person in the dining hall. I walked next door to Starbucks, got service in 2 minutes.
Only coffee in the room was decaf and there was no sugar or creamer.
