Nice layout and complimentary bag was nice. Parking secure that made us feel better.
One waffle maker, long line. Small pool. Guy. At front desk was rude. Fridge was unplugged nd wasn’t aware until after I put my things in there.

Very clean, secure, the parking and facility had security most of the day even at night… they cleaned our room everyday and brought fresh towels. Were very accommodating.
The ice machine was down BUT they had people working on it so not too big of a deal.

The breakfast was good, every other day they switched up the options - scrambled eggs and bacon one morning, then flat eggs and sausage the next morning. Loved that the hotel was courteous to have free lemon ice water in the lobby and coffee to go throughout the day. The plethora of restaurants in the area and within walking distance was the greatest part of my stay. The rooms were clean and staff were friendly.
The tv in my room stopped working after the first night. I endured 3 days and 2 nights of silence. Not how to feel but there was a noticeable security/police presence on and around the hotel. The security patrol was on high alert (again, not sure if this made me feel safer or more worried about the neighborhood). I was somewhat followed into the hotel lobby at one point. Can be a bit worrisome to a degree.

Welcoming staff, very friendly. I love that they have an online site security guard for the fences in parking lot.
Our bathroom door caught on the floor and was very difficult to open and close.

The greeting staff was very nice and ample parking.
Musty smell, especially in our room. The carpet near the air conditioner was soaked and it smelled moldy in the room. We didn't stay and booked another hotel.

It was was a nice stay and enjoyed being at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
We needed to check out early the morning after our first night and were told to contact booking.com and never got in contact with them. We should have been able to cancel at the front desk. Too much for senior citizens to deal with. We were not happy and disappointed. To my knowledge we were charged for the 2 nights. We would appreciate being contacted at dvincent@centurygrp.com for consideration of a refund. Thanks Matt Vincent

Right after booking the property I went to the property to check in and they told me check in wasn’t until the next day so the guy canceled my reservation well atleast that’s what he said and now it’s been days and I still have not received my money back for a room I wasn’t able to get . This site is a scam because I’ve been trying to get through to someone for days and no luck

Staff was horrible selling parking spots had to stay up late so that I could move car from out of front of building the manager, but was horrible about all decisions. Almost got my car towed from where the manager told me to park.
