The staff was very kind. I couldn't book a handicap accessible room online. The lady was very kind and upgraded us once we got there that she saw both my parents were handicap.

Close to airport as required it to be closer to airport, and very easy access to 45 south. Breakfast good and fresh but lesser options.
Kind of old. AC was noisy but I didn’t require it so I shut it off.

That staff wasn't not present or readily available
I asked for a bath towel the morning of check out and was told they ran out and all they have a swimming size towels which are much smaller and that the hotel was booked to its capacity and guest leave with the towels so they are completely out of bath towels
The gym had a work out bench but no weights

The manager was exceptionally kind and helpful. He made sure everything went smoothly during my stay and offered assistance with great attention and professionalism. The room was very comfortable and clean. We had a very relaxing stay.

The breakfast was nice to have so I did not have to go find food elsewhere, however, the selection of items was mostly high sugar / white flour choices which as a Diabetic, have to avoid. Whole grains and fruits are good choices.
The bed and pillows were comfortable - allowing for good sleep. After a day of work I like being able to go for a swim. The pool however, was cold despite the heat outside and did not seem like it had been cleaned properly for a while.

It appeared to be nice online. However, it is NOT.
Absolutely Nothing! So, I initially booked online for an overnight stay due to an event I was attending. When I initially called, the service over the phone was nice. However, when I arrived after my concert, there was a living ROACH ? and droppings in the bathroom tub. I informed the manager and he stated they didn’t have 24 hour cleaning service. So, he came up with a towel and NO cleaning supplies, and then had the audacity to tell me I was lucky he came to clean it(with no cleaning supplies). He then suggested since he removed it, WITHOUT the tub being cleaned out, that I utilize that same DIRTY tub to take a shower or bath. He didn’t even take fault for renting out a room that wasn’t cleaned properly or suggest moving me to another room that was clean(I’m not surprised). He then, became upset with me because I was appalled at his behavior and stated since I wasn’t satisfied, he would refund my money and I could stay elsewhere (all this after 11pm at night because he rented out an unclean suite). Oh and let me not forget to mention that this was their KING SUITE!!! Now if this was the king suite, I can’t imagine what the smaller suites looked like. At that point, I was okay with getting the refund because the service was PISS POOR and he arrogantly had no problem telling me his name and position as the owner of the hotel. My recommendation and review is NOT to believe the hype because Clearly this hotel is less than subpar and the service is just as bad! Run as fast as you can in the opposite direction!
