Everything was a bad experience from checking in, office person didnt know what she was doing. Tried 4 different rooms, first one she gave me had people inside next one was dirty, another was in the process of getting cleaned up, beds werent made etc
Tried getting a refund since check in was at 3pm and it was still 3 hours before the check in time at the time I was at the property. Even the person at the office said she understood why I didnt want to stay based on the condition of the rooms

Location was only thing that was good.
Was so disgustingly filthy I chose to forfeit my payment and go elsewhere. Television didn't work...no signal. Heat wouldn't come...no knows. Dead cockroaches in room and bathroom. Learned my lesson about nonrefundable stays.

Not really anything.
Found a used condom and wrapper, a wallet, dead bugs on floor, dirty sheets, used soap in the bathroom. She also squished a bug on her filled with bright red blood (bedbug?). Manager was indifferent and just said they had no other rooms available and that if we wanted our money back we'd have to contact booking.com. Mom ended up having to just wrap up in the comforter to sleep since the sheets were filthy.

The staff and the people who actually live at the hotel. Despite the negative of the room itself, I would stay here again. People and staff make all the difference. Everyone was welcoming. We came in as a big family. Very good with service animals as well
The rooms were dirty. Dead bugs. Water and dirt in the sink and shower. There were no towels in our room. There was no remote to the tv and the tv didn't have a channel button. The fridge was dirty and nothing was swept or mopped.

The room smelled mad. The floors were sticky. The bed was hard like a rock didn't get no rest and the shower head was coming out of the wall. The bath tub was nasty and the towels and sheets was stained.

Lady at check in was nice. The outside of the whole place is impressive looking.
Old & worn. Stained sheets & pillowcases, old yellowed bed spread, security chain missing on door lock, foil in hole where smoke alarm was hanging, curtains half on...at least the 2 roaches I saw were belly up, so we slept & went to the next place to shower.

Inexpensive accommodations when compared to prices in bigger cities like Waco in summer 2022. I would describe it as a very basic motel that provides a shelter/bed for travelers on the road. It is not a place to stay at for multiple nights. If you just need a place to sleep and do not feel like camping, stay here. It was surprisingly quiet, despite being on a busier road.
Incredibly outdated accommodations, bathroom cleanliness fair with cosmetic repairs needed (loose toilet seat, rusty door hinge, lots of black mold spots and missing grout throughout). Bring your own towel if you can. Poor customer service: Guy at front desk acted as if he had been woken up from a nap at 8pm; he acted as if he hated his job; he really resisted giving out a password for wifi, despite the free wifi advertised.

No coffee pot, needs to be renovated very old bedding, walls need to be painted, just a little sprucing up would make it more appealing. Broken down vehicle in parking lot with car parts and debris all around it.

Nothing Honestly booked for one price when i got there it was 30 dollars more!
There was black mold on the ceilings in the bathroom, no lock on bathroom door, smoke alarm hanging out wall...beds were hard as hell so uncomfortable...horrible place to stay...

Location is great! Walking distance to everything in town. Staff was super friendly and very accommodating. Rooms are decent sized and quiet. Beds were comfortable.
Is not the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in but after a clean of my own it was comfortable and cozy. Ice machine did not work.

filthy nasty bathrooms, blood stains on pillow cases( with Covid ugh) nasty towels, floors I had to clean my feet from dirt to put my shoes on
