Cleanliness. Arrived and found a cockroach on the wall. I hoped it was a fluke but was awoken on the second morning with one in the bed.

Staff was nice, but when I ran out of toilet paper (half roll in bathroom & no spares) and called the front desk, no one answered. I left a message, but never received a call or toilet paper. I was checking out that day, so just used the tissue.
The bed, pillows and towels were terrible.

the fee for the pet was not included in the total price on the site i used to book the hotel so the price unexpectedly increased 25%. the large towel i used had hair on it that i didn't notice until i was drying off. twice i had to remove foreign hair

The rooms are well worn, the sheets was tattered it needs a serious face lift. Bath towels were thin and mismatched. Need my money refunded.

This place is a little GEM! Immaculately clean and very friendly employees. I just picked it as a halfway spot on a trip from Eastland to Houston and I'm sooooo glad that I chose this motel. It's going to be my go-to motel whenever I'm in this part of Texas.
