Hotel was nice and kept up
Security was terrible. Camera’s not working or at least the employee said they didn’t have access. My truck was stolen out of the parking lot 35 minutes after we arrived. Employees didn’t even act like they wanted to help like they didn’t even care.

Staff was friendly and helpful
This hotel is under renovation. The rooms are dated but were clean. There are 3 hotels that share a large parking area and it was hard to find a parking place. there are areas that are not well lit along the back parking lot. We had to go into this hotel through the Courtyard Hotel and use their elevators to get to the upper floors. Breakfast and the exercise room were also in the Courtyard Hotel.

Our party was caught up in the Christmas American Airlines nightmare. Our connecting flight was canceled. Stuck in Dallas. Booked a room here and staff were EXTREMELY accommodating. So nice and understanding. We stayed 2 nights and made new friends.

Property was clean. Room was clean and staff was very helpful and polite.
The beds were hard and VERY uncomfortable. The pillows were soft but did not hold their shape. The fold out bed was old and swayed in the middle. Not at all like the quality of the Marriott brand!!!

The rooms can’t be beat! Separate sleeping and bathroom areas, as well as a comfortable living and working spaces with the bonus of a kitchen. Great value for the money and close to a major airport.
I had an issue with getting in touch with someone regarding resolving a booking date error. After numerous attempts, I was finally able to speak with someone who resolve the issue for me.

There was no problem with the property. I was at the hotel literally 5 hours (overnight) due to my flight disruption.
I was on the list for the airport shuttle for 7 am, but they canceled the shuttle at the last minute and it cost me $70 Uber to get to the airport. I have selected this hotel because of their advertisement offering “free airport shuttle”. Also, they did not state that the airport shuttle service ends at 10 pm. I had to take Uber to the hotel the night before as well. I spent over hundred dollars on Uber. If they were upfront (10 pm last run and no guarantee of shuttle service), I would have selected other hotel closer to the airport. I do not recommend this hotel if you are arriving late and/or departing early in the morning.

It was close to airport, bed and room was comfortable, I had shuttle bus on my way back to airport. Breakfast is fine.
I tried contacting the hotel by message, email and phone to arrange airport shuttle pickup unsuccefully, hence I had to take an uber.
I couldnt find the counter to check in in hotel easily, as they share with courtyard (next door). Once I got to them they couldnt find my booking for a while. Indications were basic, not a good customer service.

Close to all grapevine Christmas activities. Great breakfast.
Parking wasn’t the best. Door leading to pool courtyard wouldn’t open with rim key so we had to walk all the way around.
