The location of this hotel was perfect next to plenty of food and shopping options!
This is an older building that needs lots of maintenance. I felt like I was at an office suite instead of being in a hotel. Once there there was trash under our bed and the toilet paper was not refilled, luckily we brought our own. The rooms are small and there were two chairs in my room that were in terrible shape.

The facility was poorly maintained , toilet seat was loose, shower knob was rigged, bathroom fan was very noisy, not usable, and the chair in the room was so bad that we had to get towels to cover it. It's a shame that the look like it was recently renovated and they leave a chair in the room that looked like it was trash picked.

The only thing I like was how close the hotel was to the baseball complex we were playing at.
When we first walked in, it smelt like marijuana. Then when we got to our floor (3rd floor) which was non-smoking, you could smell the cigarette smoke. I honestly didn't even know smoking was still allowed in hotels. I will make sure to never stay in another hotel that allows smoking. The beds were so lumpy. The tile right under the toilet was loose and coming up. The toilet was so small, I thought I was going to fall just trying to sit down. This place needs some serious updating.
