The staff were friendly.
The couches and pillows in the room were old and needed cleaning.
There was a constant noise, like an electrical high pitched humming, that was very irritating.
Room was a bit cramped and the mattress was uncomfortable.

Disappointing
We stay here often when we come to Dallas. It has been our favorite hotel.
Someone called our room from 5 am to 9 am every hour waking up my babies who I couldn’t get back to bed making a really awful start to the morning. I asked to speak with the manager and was told she’s not available when she called 5 min prior to me going down to find out why they kept calling. Turns out they needed my card on file for incidentals. They took that card at check in.

They made me pay again at the property after I had already paid on full on booking and showed them my receipt. Also, while checking in a guy called me out of my name, who was also checking in. It made me feel very unsafe after he tried to fight my fiancé.
