How close it was to the mall/shopping center. Friendly host at the front desk. Close to the airport.
Limited options for breakfast Same food and beverage option each day. Blown lightbulbs in room. A/C unit was noisy. All The Potholes in the parking lot that could cause damage to cars/visitor's. Gym was closed and they had no idea on if it would open again. Etc...

Staff entered unauthorized on multiple occasions despite the do not disturb sign during my 3 night stay including one time I went to put something in my car and returned to a man exiting my room

It was close to the airport which was my prerequisite since I had an early flight.
The room smelled like cat urine and me and my coworkers all left with "bug bites" on our bodies and suspect fleas in the room. I will NEVER stay at this location again. Disgusting.

When requested housekeeping does a great job freshening up the rooms.
Love the pool hours, fitness center hours.
Fitness center equipment is really nice.
They do well with requests.
Variation of breakfast items. Served scrambled eggs every day. Got a little boring with an extended stay.
Microwave in rooms.
Please do the chemical balancing in the pools during times it's not posted to be open.

Very friendly staff, and the room was clean and nice. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower was very nice and relaxing. My son didn't even pull out the sofa bed and just slept on the sofa like it was, he said it was very comfy. We also really liked being right by the side door, it made coming and going easy. The a/c was also great, I get hot very easily and it was helpful to just walk right in to a very cool room.
Nothing really stands out as a dislike. Only thing would be that the provided wireless charger on the side table was broken, but we brought our own chargers.

There was nothing special or exceptional about this facility. Frankly, I was very disappointed. I have stayed in Hyatt Place properties in other states. However, this is one of the worse I've stayed in. It is definitely in need of a remodel.
There was no microwave in the room. Our room was ADA accessible. It was supposed to have a flip down seat in the shower. Instead it had a very unstable shower seat. My husband didn't feel comfortable sitting on it. On a positive note there were plenty of grab bars. Also the toilet was not refilling after flushing. We had to remove tank lid and manipulate the mechanism.

Great Location, just a 3-minute walk from the Mall. free parking, decent Breakfast, was good enough for the price.
The cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful.
The night staff ( front desk ) seems to be okay, but not happy, and I'm not sure why.
One of the guests smoked weed in his room, which made the entire hallway smell like weed in non smoking section.
The carpet is dirty.

The location was great, staff was friendly. Parking is free. Free breakfast but cold.
Rooms are very tiny. Carpet was a bit dirty (which yal should get stabbed cleaned once a year, at least) they served the same breakfast daily and was cold.
The first room we checked into, had a nasty smell, we ask to be moved, which they were able to.
Plus there's no microwave.

Location and staff was helpful.
First we had a room on the first floor. It smelled and wasn't clean very dusty. Rooms need a much needed update. Toilets were so low and old, getting out of surgery it didn't help. Got moved to the next level, room was decent but need updating. Breakfast was a chaos they keep running out of plates!! Took for ever just to get a plate and have some breakfast.

Perfect stay they just need to do better with breakfast.
Breakfast was not good at all, plus they kept running out of food and had a lot of people waiting for 5-10 minutes.
