The receptionists had the WORSET customer service I have experienced in my life. They had this not willing to assist attitude, though on the last day my encounter with Jason was amazing it was a breath of fresh Air from the other receptionist. Everyone else was nice at the hotel.
The mattress wasn't very comfortable and the safe wasn't working forcing me to walk around with my passport.
No shuttle bus to the near by conference which other hotels provided.
