Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. The PLUS was the airport shuttle with the extra shuttle to take to local restaurants in the area. We will always stay here when we fly into DFW for that reason and because it had everything we needed!

One positive was the breakfast — it was fresh, tasty, and had a decent variety.
I'm sure the pool would have been great if we had gotten there in time to use it. Unfortunately, we waited for nearly two hours before the transportation was resolved, which meant we had no time for the pool. :(
We booked this property through Booking.com, which I have used many times as both a guest and a host, so I’m very familiar with how the system works. Unfortunately, this property had the worst communication I’ve experienced.
I messaged twice before arrival — once to ask about late checkout (received only an automated response), and once to ask how to catch the free airport shuttle (no reply at all). We waited a long time at the airport before finally making an international call, only to be told there was no shuttle running that day. No one had informed us, despite my earlier message.
They eventually sent an Uber, but despite our clear request for an XXL vehicle due to the number of people and luggage, they sent a regular car. My husband had to sit on a suitcase (no seatbelt), and we were all dangerously crammed in.
At check-in, the staff insisted they hadn’t received any messages and blamed us for not calling—even though I had proof of the messages and automated replies. The front desk was defensive and dismissive rather than helpful or solution-oriented.
Overall, the experience was frustrating and poorly managed. I would not stay here again or recommend it.
