the restaurants on site were great and the staff in the restaurants were really lovely. The Gym is excellent, great equipment for a hotel gym. The outdoor pool area was nice even on a cooler day.
We didn't have the best experience with our room. The aircon kept me up all night it sounded like a 747 plane. Then the next morning my husband went to take a shower and there was no water. Apparently, the hotel hadn't been notified until last minute about the water shut off so that was unfortunate, but it added to an already negative experience with the aircon. The manager was lovely and did sort us a new room out for the second night however I felt the price was a bit steep for what we got. The activities for kids on Easter Sunday was non-existent which was such a shame as we stayed at the Gaylord on those two nights because friends suggested it would have activities on for kids for Easter. In hindsight we should've stayed at the Wolf Lodge up the road. Significantly cheaper and more on for kids. Some of the front of house staff and those who answer the phones at the hotel need some work on their customer service skills and their friendliness when dealing with customers. But the manager was amazing when I finally got to speak to her.

Location is amazing! Food is excellent. Staff are super friendly. The Resort is gorgeous and enormous. There was no reason to leave during the entire 4 day stay.
Our room was at the very end of the hallway. Got ALL my steps in...lol We were there for an anime convention and only 1 elevator worked instead of all 3 on our wing of the Resort. Some of the handicap restrooms had the actual stall doors removed or missing, not very ADA compliant.

Amazing convention hotel. We attended the CPAC convention and thoroughly enjoyed our five nights day. The Inn resort restaurants were fantastic and the staff was very friendly. Look forward to returning for another convention in the future! Definitely recommend trying to book the central atrium view rooms.

Nightly rate was absurd for a bare-bones, dated room and having to PAY FOR PARKING. A free breakfast wouldn’t have been tough either. I believe the indoor pool was also paywalled. Meal prices were jacked up and snack prices were off the charts.
