This was our first time staying at a Gaylord property. We found it to be quite comfortable with being able to have multiple dining options on the property.
The staff were incredibly courteous; with the exception of 2.

The breakfast was very good. The service was excellent.
Room cleanliness. Our first room had a very odd odor. And it took them over an hour to come up and see it. At that point we were so tired we waited till the next morning and had our room changed.

Somewhat over priced for food and restaurants in resort, long walk to self parking. Parking garage was having trouble with room cards working to exit the garage

Resort is Huge and Well Maintained
They clearly cater to Conventions and dont focus as much on the family or leisure experience. We came with family for Spring Break and the Resort was mobbed with over a 100k of Convention people over 3-days we were there.

Beautiful!!
There are no communal microwaves on the floors. I think that would help people traveling with kids. Or maybe provide one upon request to the room.
