Amazing convention hotel. We attended the CPAC convention and thoroughly enjoyed our five nights day. The Inn resort restaurants were fantastic and the staff was very friendly. Look forward to returning for another convention in the future! Definitely recommend trying to book the central atrium view rooms.

Pleasant
Nightly rate was absurd for a bare-bones, dated room and having to PAY FOR PARKING. A free breakfast wouldn’t have been tough either. I believe the indoor pool was also paywalled. Meal prices were jacked up and snack prices were off the charts.

The esthetic was very pleasing.
Everything was super expensive. Drinks and food is upcharged to the maximum.
Lighting in the room was poor. One overhead light in the living room, the rest were lamps. Would expect more from a resort considering the price. Wet spot in the middle of the room upon day 1 check in, just overall room quality was subpar.

Ate in all the restaurants and was blown away by the service. We live in Florida and while Disney World used to be the gold standard for guest service and experience, it has gone down over the past few years. The Gaylord reminded us of how great Disney used to be at this.
There was a lot of work going on around the exterior but this seemed like necessary maintenance. Also the availability of getting a room was tough. But this is more a reflection of how good the resort is.

somethings like train track
people were smoking in the hotel
beds are really bad i got neck pain sleeping on it
there was no water kettle for warm water
in short in the name of facilities there was nothing in the room just two beds
