The beds were comfortable, and the property is clean
The staff at the hotel is not very friendly, and the prices are too high. We have stayed in five-star hotels around the world, but this one does not meet that standard. The pool is poorly maintained, the space is unpleasant, the hotel itself is dated, and the quality of the food offered is not satisfactory.

Great for family and kids. Lots of activities and things to do. Property and Lobby is beautiful. Rooms, specifically, carpet could be updated.

We loved everything! The location is close to DFW, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the entire hotel is family-friendly. There were plenty of activities for kids, couples, and families to do together. There are plenty of restaurants and shops. The staff were great and the water park was bonus!

The property is HUGE! But everything was EASY to find, the staff was overwhelming helpful and very kind!
I really wished that the restaurants opened later. There was always an hour wait to each restaurant we attempted to visit. But once we got in, it was GOOD food!!!!!

The breakfast was fantastic. But there was a lot of confusion due to me booking a family of 5 and the booking saying breakfast was payed for. But it was actually only including 2 people. I was not notified of this until the booking was already payed for. And on top of that, the website did not say what the breakfast was. I had no idea what we were getting prior to the arrival. I had to ask the front desk where breakfast was when we arrived. And when sitting for breakfast I was told i had to pay for both my 6 and 7 year old when I though it was taken care of.
I did not like the lack of transparency with pricing and activities. After booking the rooms I get an email saying parking is $25. Then I check in and include parking for $25 a day. Only to find out i get charged $29 per day PLUS a tax of $2.80+ per day. So I have no idea why a recieved an email saying parking was $25 per day when that is not the case. Also I had to ask daily what times paradise falls was open as that was not posted anywhere online that I could find, or in my itinerary. ,
