Embassy suites was great. But because you all did not bundle my car it cost me too much.
You did not bundle my car and my hotel and made this one day trip too expensive. And Hertz took an hour to find me a car.

It is so noisy . The walls are so thin. I could hear the family next to me until 2:30 am . The breakfast was very crowded . Lines were long and the food was sparse by the time we made it to the buffet .

Smoke detector alarm went off all night on first night. Cleaning staff never cleaned my room the entire time I stayed there so we did not get clean towels after asking for clean towels to be delivered to our room. Ice maker on our floor was out of order. Alarm beeping was fixed after first night. Two drink limit on happy hour. That has changed.

Staff unfriendly (except one gentleman), almost to the point of being very rude, heat/air in room very uncomfortable (blowing cold air when the high for the day was 34, maintenance guy came & switched to heat but then it got really hot during the night even with being at lowest temperature), ran out of conditioner & body wash (asked housekeeping to fill & did not get filled), phones to call front desk did not work, sofa bed was like sleeping on springs, extra blanket was dirty. Wi die able to be opened to outside which I feel was a hazard with being on 3rd floor. Elevators limited, only 2 working, one which inspection was expired.

Cleanliness
I have stayed at Embassy suites multiple times before Covid. This place is bad since charging for parking after they already raped you for225.00. Happy hour worst drinks and selection Embassy has offered. Will not stay at this location in grapevine again. Another reason we stayed here was convenience to Bass pro shop. A person used to could walk from building to building now you must go outside back in.
