Ashley was a huge help.. very huge!!
The other clerk charged my cousin for my room and vice versa even tho IDs was presented and the names were nothing alike... she also put us in the wrong room... but Ms Ashley did her best to resolve the problem .... my sofa bed.. the sheets was nasty and visible dirt on the sheets

The location was very important to us seeing that we had an early flight the next morning. We also liked the social hour event that was hosted at 5pm.
I didn’t care for the additional parking fees.
You spend close to $300.00 a night and they stick it to you for driving to their location.

Overall the hotel was good in terms of cleanliness and the available amenities.
I did not like that you still have to pay an additional $20 for parking on top of the hotel room price. It's ridiculous that it's not free parking with a room reservation.

Beautiful Lobby and very comfortable.
Upon check in I was told there would be a tray of complimentary snacks in the room. No tray was there. The dirty linens from the last guest were left in a pile on the floor of the room. I called the front desk immediately and told her about the linens and the missing snacks. She apologized but didn't rectify the problem. In the morning the linens were still in a pile outside my door.

We enjoy that everything is very close to the hotel. It takes less than 5 minutes to get to Grapevine Mills, which we visit for hours while here. My kiddos love the pool and there are always lots of kiddos to swim with!
The price for guest who are no visiting for a conference, but stay while a conference is taking place does not meet the quality of the hotel. We booked a balcony room - and paid double the price. Unfortunately, we will not stay here again.

I like staying at Embassy Suites in Dallas/DFW and enjoying the great breakfast they provide for us and we always stay here all the time. The staffs are great specially Virginia. I’m a member of Hilton and well recommended. Thank you all for great service.
