Facilities smelled. Room smelled like mildew. I complained and had my room changed and had the same smell. Hotel staff said that’s just the way the hotel rooms smell there.

breakfast was good. i enjoyed the coffee available 24/7. I was happy to find hard boiled eggs there, as I count on protein to start my day.
The remodeled room was very nice and complete. Bed was comfortable and room was comfortable. I think the bathtub could use some additional support underfoot, it felt a bit weak, as if a repair was not holding up well.

Location was nice, front desk ladies were very kind and helpful, it smelled nice and rooms were clean.
By the pool was covered in tree debris, breakfast was less than exciting (had to keep asking for things to be replenished), kids were running from one room down the hall to the next

The lady at the front desk was cheerful and very helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. An asset to the company.
The paint on the doors and door frames(blue) looked rough and not very durable for such high use areas as doors.
