The Arabian Lady was rude and unpleasant to talk to . My whole U-Haul got stolen with all my stuff in there.

The cleanliness and freshness of the hotel. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The last stay I spoke with Brittany upon checking in and followed through and back up with me on a question I had by calling my room to provide the information. The breakfast is always hot and fresh, plentiful.
This last visit I was on 3rd floor, and it was a tad bit noisey with doors being slammed early morning.

All staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean. Shout out to housekeeping for actually taking pride in there work because it matters.
Hotel is a little dated but due to the cleanliness, pricing, and location. We will be returning in March :).

Location and everyone is very nice.
There were kids up all night into the morning above my room keeping us up most of the night into the morning. Staff talked to them twice and they still didn’t listen.

The breakfast gravy was too watery no oatmeal biscuits too hard sausage cooked too long,, room service didn’t get no coffee in the breakfast area during the day

Everything was good.
The staff was very friendly.
The room was clean.
The only bad think was a trial of urine from the check in counter to the elevator when we arrived later that night. But the staff was cleaning it up.

The room was spacious. It had very high ceilings which I've never seen before but it made the room feel grand. The breakfast was good and the hotel was conveniently located.
The laundry room only had 1 washer and dryer so it made it difficult to get all the laundry done with the amount of people waiting to use the machines. There was no vending machines. The pool is closed on Mondays.
