The size of the room and the in-room safe.
Have more than 1 person working registration, especially on a holiday weekend and on a night when there is an event at the Texas Trust CU Theater. I had to wait in line for 30 minutes to check in. Also, if you are going to offer the ability to complete pre-arrival check-in, which I did, guests should not have to wait in line this long.

All our rooms had damages, I asked one of the staff to take a look so they could write it or make a note . Didn’t get the deposit back and the staff member refused to take a look told me “ those are fine you won’t get fined for that”

The hotel was good. Smelled fresh daily. No smoke smell which was GREAT.
There were only 2 things I didn't like. The pillows were hard. I had to by one from the Walmart. Then I wish the TV had the capability to access Netflix.

The hotel has a very nasty plastic type smell.
The gym equipment is damaged with missing pieces.

Couldn’t use some updates. You have to bring your own shower supplies, for longer stays. Tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner. No body wash samples.

The lobby was clean and the restrooms, very accommodating and the beds were comfortable
No shuttle service to and from the stadiums , The guy who does take people back and forth was going to charge $30 pp, smh, be prepared to get an uber to the games/ stadiums, so much cheaper.
