The staff was very kind and hospitable. House keeping checked on us twice a day as well.
It did not look like the pictures and we saw multiple roaches in the lobby alive.

No microwave no cup or ice bucket in room and no complimentary water. My toilet got stopped up I texted for extra towels but front desk couldn’t bring them to me

The staff was friendly and always helpful. The coffee bar was always stocked and fresh. The breakfast assortment was great and fresh.
The smell of Marijuana was in the hallways and elevators, daily. The room had large black stains and dirt on the wall. The parking was minimal and had to walk farther each time I came and went.

They switched me rooms when I had a problem and they had more items at breakfast this time.
There was a roach over 3 inches long on the wall as soon as we walked in. Incoming weather I’m sure and plus they were extremely full so a lot of in and out. They moved us rooms and said they would get that one token care of.

Loved the location. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Loved everything being indoors. Loved the parking being close to doors and elevators. Loved the 24 hour coffee and hot chocolate. Ice machine close and easy to use.
Breakfast was good but would've loved Texas shaped waffles!

The breakfast was great. The staff were awesome. We have stayed at this location 2 times and I would stay again. Room was clean and comfortable.
The turn off to the hotel can be a little tricky. We had to take the turn at the light and go around to the back of the building to get to parking lot. Other than that everything else was great.

The ONLY thing my husband and I thought was odd was anytime we would walk up to the elevators on the first floor it smelled heavily of weed - not necessarily in the elevator just right outside of it.

It was in a quiet area
Toilet had a hard time flushing. A sign on the bathroom mirror says staff cleans your room every other day but not true. We checked in Tuesday and they didn’t clean the room or replace towels until Friday. After my husband had to ask in person and call twice. Breakfast was not great either.
