The property was close to family and the gentleman at the front desk was nice.
Noisy people upstairs. Housekeeping could not understand any English. Tissue was low when we checked in and absolutely no Kleenex in the holder at all. The complimentary breakfast was almost nonexistent.

Standard Dallas-area hotel to say before flying out the next day. Staff were nice, room was comfortable enough, A/C was good. Breakfast was OK.
Hotel rooms need updating. Nothing felt very fresh or new or recently painted.

Very clean, room was way bigger than most, the breakfast was included and was actually very good. It was quiet and it’s a very relaxing place.

The top two floors the hall ways felt like they had the heat turned on in the middle of summer. The bottom two floors had ac on but definitely not the top.

Nothing at all.
Not like the pictures online. The price I payed was way too high for my stay. I booked two rooms. The personal room I had for myself I tried to extended the stay and the front desk workers refused to help me. Then, I had to pay an incident fee of $50.00 for both rooms, I was told I would receive a refund and I still haven’t recieved one. No one gave me my receipts and everytime I call to check in the refund no one answers the phone. The bed in both of my hotel rooms had stains on there, the sheets weren’t washed properly. They didn’t clean the rooms or hallways. Each elevator had a weird smell. Wouldn’t recommended this hotel for stay.

The staff were nice and friendly!
The cleanliness of the room! The A/C leaked water on the carpet and the room smelled of mold. We requested a second room and found roaches crawling everywhere in the bathroom and in the electrical outlets. We checked out of the hotel the second day despite our four day reservation. I have called everyday and the GM will not return my phone.
