The price was very reasonable.
We were disappointed that the pool was closed. There was an orange sign stating it was closed by the city of Garland. If you have a pool keep it clean and chemicals in it. I rented this particular hotel because they had an indoor pool.

The pool was closed management would adjust room price, but open the pool the day I left. The toilets would back up and only had one plunger for the WHOLE building

Conveniently located between Dallas and family residence. I was able to visit many interesting places and restaurants/shopping areas were not too far away.
Carpets were stained in the hallways and the lamp shades in the room were very dusty. Otherwise, the room was very clean, the beds were comfortable.

That it was near stores and free breakfast with stay helps if you are traveling with family.
That they allow pets at any time. If u are trying to sleep and someone is checking in @ 2am dogs will bark because they are in unfamiliar place I get it. Maybe a time restriction like After 10pm check in its an up charge.

I like the large room, it was very clean and smell good, the young man at the front desk was very nice made it very easy to check in and out and help with directions to our room.
The breakfast could be much better the orange juice was sour I would like more fresh fruits, maybe more choices in juice toast, or bagels
