We found this on booking.com and booking.com gave us a price but when we got to the hotel it was higher because booking.com. Did not add in all the taxes and fees. Very disappointed with booking.com.

Everything with the stay was perfect. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast was great. The friendly welcome of the staff made our stay wonderful. We stayed 2 nights to attend an event at the Dickies Arena. You may think it is close to the railroad tracks, but we did not hear anything at night. During the daytime, I heard their horn a couple of times, but it was VERY VERY faint.
