The front desk person, Michael, was very friendly and prompt to check us into the hotel.
I am open-minded, but this hotel is absolutely filthy. The bathroom; shower, floor, toilet and walls were absolutely filthy. The hard surfaces in the room; desk, counters, coffee table/dinner surface space were both sticky and dirty.

Disappointing
I am unable to recall anything I found enjoyable about this particular hotel.
It appears that the accommodations were not up to date. The initial room provided was not adequately prepared for our stay. My daughter experienced an allergic reaction due to the sofa bed, which unfortunately affected her visit to Fort Worth. We noticed toenail clippings near the bed and stains in the toilet, on the curtains, baseboards, and windows, and in the showers, in addition to a persistent sticky residue. Building 2 had a strong odor of pet urine throughout all three floors. We requested a room change for our second night, and the staff kindly moved us to Building 1. While there was no unpleasant odor in Building 1, it did have a somewhat musty atmosphere. The breakfast area was quite small, and the food offerings were unremarkable. The staff were satisfactory, but not exceptional. It was surprising to find these conditions in a Marriott hotel, as it felt more akin to a truck stop motel.

Convenient location. Plenty of parking. Good-sized room with amenities. Good choices for breakfast. Surprisingly quiet for being so close to the freeway. Very nice staff. We would stay there again.
The gym needed something to wipe down equipment (like the sign says to do) and would benefit from some hand sanitizer. Would be ideal to have a trash can in the bathroom.

I love that this hotel actually has ovens in the room. It makes it so easy to prepare meals and not have to eat out when you have a full kitchen.
I don't like that the property is 2 separate buildings & the 2nd building seems detached in terms of service & attention than the 1st building. It'd be great if the 2nd building had the same amenities as the 1st minus breakfast of course, but it doesn't.
