The location and proximity to the convention center was great. The bed was super comfortable to sleep.
We were put in a room on the side of the parking garage and it was so noisy, constantly hearing cars vroom up and down the garage. It was not relaxing with the noise. It would be better to have more up to date TVs with apps streaming capabilities.

Rooms weee old and dated No restaurant or bar. Its a 4 star hotel with no bar? Valet was difficult to get to but the valet attendant was great. Just not a 4 star

It was a great location and a nice historic hotel b
Had to wait for 15 min for a valet to be there to take our car when we arrived. The room was cool when we checked in at 6:30 pm, however the staff said the air conditioning was having issues and someone was coming to fix it. We had prepaid for the room or we would have left. The AC obviously never got fixed because we had to leave really early the next morning because it was hotter in the room than it was outside and we couldnt sleep! When we told the front desk, they said they knew about it and had to keep going outside themselves to cool off. We were never offered a discount or anything and dont plan to ever stay there again.

Disappointing
The location is awesome and in the middle of downtown for easy access anywhere you want to go. Walking is super easy.
The hotel has not been kept up. Its like its been patched together. There are spots that are old and then some places that look ok. Its just not updated. There is a set of partitions that make an office in the lobby. Its kinda of make shift. The bathroom ceiling looked like water damages upon damage that had been patched. The tile and wallpaper dont really go together and there were two different tiles in the bath. There is no counter space in the bathroom. The room was spacious and ok. Nothing spectacular. We will pay the same price for a better hotel next time.

The looks didnt work the first night we where there so had no security on the door. Valet.Parking made was wait for over jr for our car and we call 7 so we could leave at 7:30

Hard to complain about this when the temp was 95+ outside, but the room was really cold. The thermostat would not take adjustment. Again, I would rather have it to cold than not cold enough.

The Ashton Hotel is in a great location in the historic district of Fort Worth and just a short walk to Sundance Square. The rooms are lovely art deco which fits with the heritage designation. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The air condition in the lobby was very cold.

The staff were friendly, informative,helpful. My room was very clean. Room has small refrigerator & microwave. Very handy. Perfect location. Right next to heart of downtown. Close to bus station, restaurants, boutique shops. I recommend Ashton Hotel.

The location was great, the history behind the hotel. which all lead you to believe it is going to be great. and possibly worth the ridiculous amount they are charging per night. It was not.
Rooms were not very clean, especially bathroom. cold water in sink did not work. Mini fridge frozen over bad, you couldn't open the freezer. for ice, had to go to the front desk for small zip lock baggie of ice. fighting pigeons outside window.

There was no breakfast. Location was the reason we stayed there because of the Main Street Festival. Nice and quiet even though the windows face the street. Must be really great windows.
The valet. I know it wasn't all under their control, but the Hilton where it was valed lost our keys for about an hour and couldn't find them. Needs to be a better way.

Location- scary if you like haunted hotel feelings.
Very quite and old. The rooms have windows that open and in the first room I got one of the windows backed up into an emergency stairwell on the outside, and the windows lock was broken. So anybody from the outside could basically open the window. I moved

Wonderful
The staff were excellent. The front desk staff were so very helpful and kind as was the doorman.
This hotel was listed as being near the Stockyards. It was not. We thought we could walk there. It took us over an hour on a very unsafe street.
