There was no breakfast that's false advertisement, they only serve, the self made waffles and nothing else. The location was good because it was close to my job one of the reasons I picked this hotel.

They had roaches in the microwave. Burnt coffee only for breakfast. Rude employee when I asked about the breakfast- like I was disturbing him. A whole fight broke out in the parking lot at 6 am.

I wasn't told when checking in that I didn't get the room/bed I had originally booked because of faulty a.c .
The room I received wasn't very clean and didn't have a coffee maker like my original room, burn holes in sheets (im glad we brought our own linens to sleep in)and cig burns on toilet seat and stains in towels/wash rags, dirty floors and no carpet in the room(like pictured in photos), only 2 lamps barely worked or had missing bulbs, decent gap in the door so sounds from outside made it through. Also had a few holes in different areas of the walls.
I'm not sure if the listing said it or not but, hotel is right nxt too airport so heard planes taking off right beside/over us so that was very loud!
I really didn't understand the need to be charged a $20 deposit for the room in case of damage when it was already damaged and not close to a decent standard when we walked in:(?!
I'll make sure I spend the extra money for a decent hotel in the future!
We were not happy with the room overall and didn't want to be charged for not staying.
