Wasn't that dirty besides the smell of Marijuana it was ok clean
I didn't like the fact i payed almost 90 dollars to stay next to a couple that where physically fight throwing things and yelling and cussing at eachother from 2 to 4 untill i called the front desk twice an the smell of Marijuana was horrible all down the hall and breafast was only coffee and honeybuns not worth the 90 dollars ?

Something was going on at night to much lady's holler at night getting hurt by men doors slamming have the night an people walking . To much traffic. Was there in snow storm .

They offer a light breakfast.
I arrived to the property at 11:30p in 31 degree weather with a fever only to find out my reservation was for the next day. I attempted to change or cancel existing reservation; however, staff would not allow. I had to leave and stay at a competitor
Five days later, still no refund, no approved cancelation OR new reservation.
Basically, I got screwed.

It was somewhere to stay during a snow storm
All of it, tried to checked in but they didn’t have my conformation right away. Was asked to come back in 15 min to check in during a snow storm. Asked to at least use the restroom but clerk told me they had no public restrooms. Came back 30 min later.. Finally checked in. The first room I was given front desk clerk had to change it since the people next to that were arguing with police and getting tossed out. They gave us a room 2 rooms down. Still could hear all the arguments and yelling for at least 30 mins. Breakfast was literally nothing. Morning clerk questioned my family which room they were staying in before he unlocked the doors for them to go get their so called breakfast. Which was cereal with only enough milk for 1 person and 1 pack of small donuts. Very rude staff from check in to check out. Would not recommend staying here!

The bed was very comfortable, it was relatively quiet, and good proximity to JPS hospital.
NO ELEVATOR!!! The sofa in room was old n looked sketchy, the bath tub was peeling, like they painted it with regular paint. It looked nothing the pictures.

I've stayed here alot of times. Although they didn't have a smoking room available at the time I got there i was still satisfied..
I didn't like how I was checking in.. and when I was given my key I goto my room and open it and the bed was unmade and someone was still checked in. I go back to the front desk and the guy acted like it was my fault.. he still accommodated me but to a non smoking room upstairs...
