Room was clean, bed was comfortable.
There was no pool, though app shows a pool and listed in amenities. Also, breakfast was a waffle or toast, no others choices, though pictures show other items.

Disappointing
There were many, and mean many instances where vagrants and drug addicts were hanging around in the parking lot.
There were even times when they congregated directly in front of the entrance way
This is not a safe environment for women and children at all

Not much wasn't the best stay.
No bathroom shampoo, soap, or anything to wash with while showering. The breakfast included was a joke. Waffles you make on your own with no other options and almost empty coffee pot container. Such a disappointing stay.

The fact that we drove almost 15 hours from Phoenix to get there and be notified that our room was given away and they were fully booked so we had to find a new hotel in the middle of the night. Very unprofessional and rude! I highly would not recommend.

Location was convenient
I did not like that I left reeking of cigarette smoke despite booking a non-smoking room. There was no soap for handwashing nor a bar of soap in sight. Couldn't sleep because the people above me were walking with shoes on and rolling their bags all night long, and with no insulation on cheap laminate floors, it was amplified. The doors, switches, and walls were disgusting. Would not stay here again.

Someone was smoking weed near me it stunk the hallway, loud annoying people, close to housekeeping area it was also loud. I had a coffee pot in my room but no coffee. I went to the desk to request some and relay it was never stocked. Man at desk says , that’s household keeping job. So he was apparently not able to get coffee. I told him I’d leave to get some. Next morning after my sleep I go to room for breakfast, there was nothing. They had no coffee made and bread was sitting out with a toaster , that’s it. I also left to go get coffee. McDonald’s is right across the street. I check out and man at desk says there must be a mistake you should not have had a coffee pot in your room. We no longer are providing coffee for our guest. The house keepers must of forgotten to take it out. I said are you serious? No coffee no breakfast?
