What I liked about the property was how nice the hotel room was and the location.
What I didn’t like about the property was getting an unbounded visit from maintenance needing to come into my hotel room to get a fire extinguisher.

Absolutely loved our stay... one of few hotels we would give straight 10s!! Staff, breakfast, hotel was awesome! Highly recommended!!
Its right off I35, so you get some highway noise at night.

The room was quiet, the staff friendly. The breakfast was ok, but still not as good as the breakfast in the Staybridge Suites in Greenville, SC. The food during the social hour was good.
Our room could have used some maintenance. I don't understand why the rooms don't get inspected more often since there is a facility guy on site. That would totally help to increase the experience of the stay.

Pleasant
The location was great. It was near a Walmart and a ton of restaurants. The young lady assisting at breakfast was super friendly and kept up with restocking the food.The morning crew at the front desk were a delight. Housekeeping ladies were a joy as well
The night front desk worker was the worst. Super rude and not helpful at all. My room wreaked of marijuana and the elevators were filthy. The breakfast was not good at all. It was better to go to one of the local restaurants.Will not return.

Alarm chirped all night near our room. No water pressure in bathroom sink. Elevator dirty.
