It was close to where I needed to be for an event.
Everything. The photos are extremely deceptive and nothing is updated. Right when you pull in it’s immediately disappointing but overall fine. You walk up to the entrance and see construction to the side being done, which isn’t a big deal. It says to use a different door so you do. Walk in and are slightly satisfied it seems to be like the photo so there’s hope! But the moment you get to the counter you see cracked marble tile, crappy job with the caulking and most definitely aren’t greeted warmly. The halfway to the room smelt like sweaty feet. The room its self needs updating and seemed fine until you looked closer. The sheets had a yellow stain, the tv had a line going through it, it’s not cleaned properly and had bugs (beetle) under the bed, was not vacuumed under the bed and was absolutely not dusted. The sprinklers are rusted and was hanging out of the wall, the bathtub was insanely stained and the fridge was dirty but also so cold it froze everything inside.
Then find out you overpaid! On other websites it’s $30 cheaper! Could not wait to leave, wish I wouldn’t have trusted the booking site.

The property was clean enough and close to where I needed to be.
The location was not very nice or feel very safe. There was a lot of homeless people on the streets all around the area. There was no soundproofing to the room. We could hear every car driving down the highway and people walking and talking through the hallways all night long. When we got our room, the air did not work so we were sweating our butts off all night long, very uncomfortable! When I talked to the front desk about it, they said there was nothing they could do to help with a new room or discount price.
