I couldn't even go in--the neighborhood was awful and filled with homeless encampments. I want my money back!! I demand it! I was a woman traveling with a child and trusted your website!!! I will be reporting Booking.com to every single website and BBB and everything else if this is not resolved!

How close it is to downtown
The shower didn’t work right. There was a smell in e room and it was supposed to be non smoking. Floor had weak spots and carpet had bad stains

I booked this hotel for 2 nights. I booked a handicap accessible room for me and my friend who is currently using a walker/wheelchair to get around. Before we even went to the hotel we tried to call them multiple times and couldn't get through to anyone at all. When we did het there we got a room furthest from the door we were told by management to use so my friend had to walk all the way down the hallway to a room door that looked like it had been broken into before. Going inside the room the mini fridge was broken and not working the curtains looked like someone had tried to rip them down and they didnt sit right. The first night was fine but the second night someone tried to break into our hotel room and when we called the main office it first off took too long for them to arrive at the room and second off they acted like what we had just gone through was nothing and shouldn't be worried about. They at least reported it to the police but didnt give the police the hotel room number, and in the morning when I went to check out the hotel clerk told me this was something that had been going on for 6 months and hadn't warned us about. If your thinking of going to this hotel solo dont do it or with a family. It was an experience id never forget but not in a good way.

Nothing. The staff was so rude. Couldn't find my reservation then when I called to cancel bc they couldn't seem to get their information right they said I still had to pay a full night's stay. Not happening. I had booked online less than 24 hours before and was cancelling well before check in time.

It was very enjoyable very clean need save the area of course is the south side but to those who don't fear nothing but the Lord know they're in great hands, so I really enjoyed everything about being there and I will be coming again and the preacher

The photographer took great pics of the newly renovated lobby.
When first went opened our room door we were bombarded with the smell of mildew. After looking at the quilt on the first bed, we found a bedbug carcass. The paint is loose on the wall from water damage. We immediately left and got only our deposit back, but had to pay for the night. This is not what we expected from a Quality Inn Hotel.

Nothing. There was mold in the room. We got 2 beds and blood stain on one of the beds. The towels where wet as if they where used. When we went to the front desk for help they refused to give us a refund or a new room.

Connivence to the interstate.
Breakfast was great.
We checked in, the fridge, microwave and tv were not plugged in.
The outlet was behind a heavy dresser we have to call to have someone to move it. Their first response was do you want to change rooms.

The bed was comfortable and the room wasn't bad
Everything else. Sounded like kids across the hall at 2am being loud and obnoxious. Smell of weed as soon as you hit the hallway.
