Breakfast was very tasty. Bed was comfortable. Furniture was in good condition. Bathroom nice and clean. Shampoo and conditioners were good to my thick hair.
I didn’t know room was cleaned every other day. I didn’t like that I had food trash for 2 days in my room. Shower surface very slippery especially after using body wash that they provided and I fell in the shower - like something out of a cartoon. Yikes! Didn’t hurt or damage anything thankfully.

The location was perfect since we were headed to Dickies Arena. The entire staff was so friendly m. Also loved the restaurant, Pulido’s, right next door! Breakfast at the hotel was delicious! Surprised to see breakfast sandwiches. Maria J was wonderful in the breakfast area. She was so sweet checking on us to make sure we didn’t need anything else.

The noise from I30 was very loud. Not well insulated do we heard traffic all night. Also heard hallway talking. No coffee available in lobby at check in. Not walkable to any restaurants.

Beds were comfortable, free parking, and the staff was friendly.
We stayed in room 131, the room seemed perfect until we started hearing this loud noise that was vibrating our walls, it sounded like a plane landing, we found out that the room share a wall with the hotel laundry room, very close to the freeway as well so you can hear the traffic, but that's not all a mouse ran across the floor and under the couch! I gather my things and told the front desk manager about the issues and asked to be moved to another room. We were moved to another room upstairs away from the freeway, but that room had a foul stench to it, hen we turned on the lights we realized the couch and outman was all stained up with dry up food or something other things we couldn't identify. We wanted to leave but came in from out of town and didn't have any other lodging options by this time, we were there for only one night and this was late evening when all of this happened so my husband convinced me to stay. Then came the noise in the hall, the room is not sound proof at all, the door was not secured with any type of floor trimming so there was a huge gap from the floor to the bottom of the door, which allowed light to come in and more noise. I am a light sleeper, through the night I heard every door slam closed, every conversation of the guest in the hallway, needless to say I did not get any rest that night! We woke up early and left! I left a review on their page and someone reached out to me telling me they were going to make the necessary changes, and the hope I stay with them again. I feel like the only resolution is a refund, but no one has responded to that request yet!
