Wonderful
Everything was great. Hotel overall was nice and professional. Had everything that one needs in their stay.

The staff were all welcoming and very kind.
The breakfast attendants were lovely to talk to.
The waffles were great!
They only provided two large towels. So, one towel per person. In general, women use two towels when they shower. Also, if you are going to the pool, you do not want to use the same towel you shower with.
Also, paying $20 a day for parking and $15 for breakfast seems unnecessary. It probably would have changed my mind had I known this when booking a hotel.
Also, a fire alarm test happened while I was in the shower. We evacuated quickly. Not the most relaxing experience.

I liked the scenery and how everything was decorated. I also liked there was an open bar even tho I didn't use it nor the restaurant I liked the convenience of it.
I didnt like they charged me $40 bucks for parking for my 2 night stay. Nor did I like how uncomfortable the bed was. I also didnt like there was only 2 sets of elevators for such a big facility and the elevators were sooo far. Not a good bang for your buck either I paid on booking and had to pay an additional 180 once I arrived despite booking saying I wouldn't owe anything at my arrival.

The charge for incidentals and parking was absolutely ridiculous. The website said $50 and I got there and they charged me $100 and $20 a day for parking

Check in was very easy and they proved each of us with a cookie. Perks for the kids. There was a ballroom area where we were able to get pizzas for our kids after their flag football tourney. And a convenient bar for adults
Elevator was a bit far from check in, other than that it was great

It was clean and comfortable
The check-in was a horrible experience. Their system was down and since we booked through booking.com they didn’t want to manually do our registration with the reservation we had made. After waiting 2 hrs since we had done non-cancellation room we asked them again about manually checking us in and was told they are doing that based on importance. After asking if we were considered not important due to how we booked 2 rooms they changed their minds and manually checked us in. An hour later they called stating the system was now working. The check in experience ruined plans we had for the evening.

Disappointing
The beds were very comfortable. And it was really cool there was an indoor pool.
The door in the bathroom looked like it had water damage and someone screwed it shut. The tv wasnt a smart tv so you couldnt connect to netflix to watch something you actually wanted to watch so you are stuck watching whatever is on.There was water bottles in the room priced at 3 dollars a bottle when the room was already almost 300 and parking was 20 a night. Why would you charge someone To park at your facility... I dont think I've ever had a worse experience with a hotel that was accosiated with the Hilton name.

There are hidden fee’s that add up very quickly. On booking.com it says breakfast included however the breakfast is in their restaurant and it’s not included. Parking is not free and it’s more than was advertised as well.

$20 to self park on an ice covered parking lot.
$16 for a terrible breakfast (NO complimentary breakfast at this hotel). Operations Manager was rude and totally unsympathetic and dismissive to my concern.
