Its proximity to my conference, and the amazing, amiable staff who truly are the ones making your experience feel good, because the building and its facility is unlike any other Radisson I've been to.
Physically everything. The side entrances are supposed to only be accessible by cars, yet they are open creating a security risk. The elevators are no where in proximity of the light; in fact you have to go down a windy hall to get to them- also another major security concern.
This also seems to be the least Radisson to receive an upgrade. The rugs and walls look like they're from the 70s, outdated lamps (can see wear and tear) and sockets need replacing. Everything just felt like from the 70s.
