The lobby was beautiful and staff was friendly. It was also fairly clean.
The facility was not well maintained. Lots of damage to walls. There was a lot of quick fixes to make it look ok. Room smelled like feet. Looked like water damage in our room and some of the caulking in the shower looked covered with glue that had turned dark.

Price was decent, lobby was nice, staff was friendly
Rooms definitely need a makeover. Mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. Comforter was paper thin. It was like having 2 sheets in the bed. The shower head only half worked. Damage to the wall behind the door, there was a hole at the bottom. Only some of the outlets worked in the room.

My husband is a disabled veteran and when I reserved the room I requested a low floor room due to him not being able to walk very well. We were put in the 5th floor. The young man who assisted in us checking in looked frustrated and did very little to hear why I needed a low floor room. Maybe he was stiff with assisting me because he did not have any help and had a lot of people checking in. If you look at my stay history at this location, you will see I/we have stayed here plenty of times and never had any issues or complaints.
The fact that I sent a early request for a low floor room and was not offered anything but a high floor that was challenging for my husband who has pins and rods in both legs

The pool hours were good.
Carpet smells old and dirty!! The whole restroom floor was wet. No separation from shower and restroom (no stopper for water not to go all over the place) daughter slipped on wet bathroom floor! Mold on top ceiling.
