The Shuttle to Stockyards and the nightclub on premises. Great hot water and cold AC !!! **** !
The location to the elevators from the lobby. Seemed like they were miles away. On top of that they have only one luggage trolley. :( The bathroom lighting was not vert bright.

Nothing good to say - I was able to sleep.
The entire hotel had a weird smell, the tv in my room did not work, it was dark/not brightly lit in common areas, parking lot cameras don't cover all areas. My truck toolbox was broken into and hand tools stolen, as well as my cooler.

Atrium area is nice.
They cut corners at every chance they get. One small, old broken piece of soap for sink and show for 4 days. Bar not open daily. Bad sheets. Key's have continual problems and seems like front desk expects it.

We usually always stay here so we are familiar with it and the area. Will NEVER stay here again. THE ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE. They have really let this place go.
The room was not clean.There was unflushed pee in the toilet. The shampoo bottles were empty.There was no soap. The fitted sheet on the bed had stains and was too small so it kept popping off. The bar was not open as advertised. Breakfast was awful.

changed rooms after the first night because the shower controls were falling out of the wall. The next room did not have a functioning heater. And the bar was only open 3 nights a week.

Pleasant
The checking in and out process is very smooth and the personnel are kind and courteous. The parking lot is well lit and I felt safe about leaving my vehicle parked there.
The room was clean to a decent level. I hated the smell inside the room though. I believe it was the carpet. It gave the room a very unpleasant smell. The fact that the AC did not cool the room enough didnt help the room smell and better.
