It had everything we needed, so we didn’t need to leave. The bed was super comfortable. The ambiance was very nice without being “stuffy.”
The traffic congestion at check in time was a hassle.

The room size is great

Every thing was perfect. except the checkout. I requested as usual the invoice of m stay and reception apologized that they cant give me the invoice !!! and I need to collect it from booking.com. I contacted booking.com and they said they should give it to you. I went back to hotel and said sorry it should be given by Booking.com !!!!
I return home and problem not solved yet. I am still in follow up with them and I hope they give me my rights to have the invoice which is a very basic request. I cant blame the staff which they tried to help. May be The plain goes to the system that they follow and to weak communication from the hotel and booking customer service. I am frequent traveler and this is the 1st time i have such issue.

It’s a good looking hotel and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed the Starbucks on the property as well.

Convenient, not crowded, valet was nice and quick this time. (Expensive, but good). The bar was nice and servers nice, too.
They did. Not clean our room even though we removed the DND sign around 10am.

I liked the location of the property and that it is the official hotel of the Dallas Cowboys. I would also like to add that food was excellent. It was also conveniently located to the venue I planned to attend.
To be honest everything was great but if I have to come up with something in 2013 I went to the cowboys classic at AT&T stadium and I’m an LSU fan so that’s about it.
