Nothing. Arguably the worst place I've stayed since my travelling salesmen days in old West Texas in the 1970s.
1. Location: drunks passed out on curbs a few yards from the driveway entrance to the property. 2. Staff could barely speak English. 3. Room old, broken down, felt dirty.

I had two rooms because of trouble in first one. But both were larger than normal and clean, and both beds were great, super comfortable.
The toilet in the first room didn't work, and I was given a plunger and told to do that. I don't think a guest should have to plunge their own toilet. But the guy at the front desk was not rude.
