Location
The breakfast, eggs and sausage was only lukewarm moldy bagels, batter for the waffles was gross. Only juice available was watered down cranberry. No one to check on anything in the breakfast room. Coffee machine also was not working.

Close to our family.
We got stuck in a handicap room which had no counter space around sink in bathroom and it was on the first floor with kids running in the room above us.

The sheets were dirty. I was put in a handicap room and the shower didn’t have anything to hold the shower head up. The staff were knocking before check out time for housekeeping as well as asking if I was checking out making us feel rushed to leave.

The room was dirty. Floors were sticky.
Smells like weed.No ice in the ice machine.
The bedding was stained and yellow. The comforter was ripped up in many places.
Coffee pot didn’t work.Employees didn’t seem to care till I got mad.

The property is lovely. We have stayed numerous times and they are constantly updating and improving. It’s better and better every time we stay the best part of this property truly is the staff. Everyone is so kind and accommodating.
It doesn’t bother me, but it’s in a busy area. There are bright lights outside and lots of traffic if you’re looking for quite area this isn’t it. I will say they have blackout curtains to help and it does make convenient. You’re right off of 820 and 35.

beds were stained so were towels. water wasn’t even hot in the shower. then when we went to try the hot tub it was cold. young man that worked there was trying to fix it but just didn’t work i guess. smelled of marijuana and cigarettes the whole stay. overall i’d never book here again.

My b e d mattress felt like sleeping on a pillow. I moved to the couch and apparently after spending a day in the hospital one day later it was not clean. I had been throwing up severely about 24 hours after I had left the hotel. The doctors at JPS told me I had caught a bug of some kind. The older man that usually works the front desk is always so nice and the staff is as well. It just was not clean very well. And the mattress did suck. The food and the people have always been the top notch.
