the place was clean and quiet
the staff was very unfriendly the lady at the front desk made customers wait 10 minutes for her while she was fooling around in the kitchen area eating and talking on the ceiling phone and I guess she made some more coffee.
after she made us wait for her and I tried to make lit conversation with her about it, then she started yelling and screaming at me and was trying to kick me out of the hotel and she refused to extend our company stay at the hotel.
because of her the Manager on duty that day we will not back at your hotel I was offended and insulted by her. we won't be back and I'll make sure our affiliates we won't be back either I am in financial industry, Insurance and taxes.

The staff was horrible and all I asked for was a clean room but got met with was hostile and rude customer service like I have never seen before I simply will never stay at this hotel ever again.

The appearance from the outside and the lobby is good, but the bathrooms are disgusting! Mold growing all over the shower corners, rust on the doors in the bathroom.
I stayed in two different rooms and both bathrooms were full of mold!
Mold growing in the corners of the shower! There’s No ventilation in the bathroom! Rust on the door jams! Toilet seat wobbly, missing screw!
Microwave dirty, fridge has rust growing on the bottom of door.
Drapes hanging off from the wall! Carpet coming apart. Room not vacuumed! The bathroom in Rm 107 was the worst I’ve ever seen! How can they pass inspection with Wyndham Hotels????
And charge these rates and get away with this horrible mold growing in their bathrooms? No Fan, No ventilation in the bathrooms of the two separate rooms that I stayed in Rm 107 & Rm 105! It’s totally disgusting!

I Had the FLU for 2 days & Notified Edgar @ Laquinta # 1 pm on 1-3-26, that I felt Horrible & requested A Credit to Reschedule for Another Date. They Didn't Contact me back with their decision & Ignored me. $ 125 is Very Important to me, Obviously, I wasn't Important to Laquinta.
No Callback or Communication with my Credit due to Unexpected Sickness - FLU FOR 2 Days.$ 125 Wasted & NOT REFUNDED.

My heater didn't work an the tv remote didn't work as well I had to sleep in all of my clothes just to stay warm I didn't like anything about my stay, honestly would like to have some of my money back for the inconvenience I had to go Thur.

The restroom area was a disaster, mold in the shower area over all whole bathroom needs a make over. The pool area needs a better maintenance crew, water unbalanced on dirt and sand on bottom.

We weren’t homeless for a few nights.
I attempted to check in at hotel only to discover bookings are 21+, which was not readily disclosed through the booking website. We canceled the original reservation and made a new reservation under a new person at the hotel, but no refund has been issued for the original cancelled reservation. The staff claimed no charge would be made since it was cancelled, but the funds were withdrawn at the time of the original online booking and they have not been returned.
In addition to this, the general quality of the hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and unsafe. The first room we were given had a filthy carpet, there were large globs of unknown substances on the walls, there were visible stains on the sheets, and there was hair left in the fridge. The righthand lampshade was loose, crumpled, and damaged. We requested a different room, which still had unclean floors, moist handprints on the bed’s headboard, and a toilet that would not flush completely.
The hallway on our floor was littered with crumbs and dirt, the elevator floor had wet, sticky stains, and the pool had visibly not been cleaned in some time. There were also no cameras and no windows in the pool room, which made us feel somewhat unsafe were there to be an accident or emergency. Speaking of which, when I had sustained a minor injury at the hotel, staff claimed there was no first aid anywhere in the building. I had to clean the cut in the dirty pool bathroom, as the attendant did not unlock the lobby bathrooms at my request, and I was forced to bandage my injury with toilet paper and office tape thanks to the lack of any first aid on site.
Among these most prevalent factors affecting our stay, was the nearby construction, the airlines flying overhead in the early morning, and the loud, daydrinking guests who stood outside the doors harassing other guests including myself. Nothing was done when they were reported.

Front desk service. Personnel were nice, professional, well groomed, helpful. Lobby pristine and welcoming. We were exhausted and slept undisturbed. Purchased stay online.
AC was a window unit and moldy and warm. Toilet seat broken. Toilet leaked from the holding tank in back. We used the ice bucket to catch drips and towel. 6 police cars were on property when we arrived. We were not given information about issue. The amount of police with gear, guns and bullet proof shields needed some explanation besides, "Well, there are not dead bodies."
