Location.
This property has gone down hill. Water presure in shower would be strong then weak. Water was scolding hot. Then ice cold. Faucet in bathroom loose. Elevators extremely dirty.

The breakfast food was cold and the person in charge was sleeping in a booth in the kitchen area.
The toilet in our room was very loose and flushed very badly. and the shower railings were loose so my husband tightened them.

Unfortunately, the hotel experienced a sewage leak and it lingered all thru the parking lot and I guess got into the jacuzzi etc. Although maintenance was doing all they could the backup in the front parking lot was just was not addressed first. Had a slight older smell upstairs but thats no where bad. The room it self especially the AC filter and lights and remote was Very Clean and I have high allergies to dust and dust mites. This is also one hotel where I found no fleas as well.
So, thank you for such great staff and beautiful and relaxing entry!

Asked to switch rooms, 2nd room was still not good.. so we checked out and went to a different hotel.
