Braylin at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and nice.
Our TV didn't work. The staff was unable to fix it. They offered another room but we had already unpacked so we declined.

Coffee maker didn’t work. Put better coffee machines in your rooms!! That was a POS! And how about a big bottle of water for $120!

The hotel was very quiet breakfast was hot
Dryer isn't working I let the front office know so they could put a note as it makes a loud noise the washer I guess was full with quarteras so it had getting stuck

The hotel was in great shape. The staff were great and the continental breakfast was very good. Eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, waffles, they had a great choice to choose from.
There is no negative remark that I can leave because it was the best hotel in the area

The same manager who have been working there for years is always kind. The King size bed was comfortable. The gentleman that clean our room was very nice and kind.
I have stayed at the location many times. The last 3 years the inside of the elevators is a liability and needs work. The continental breakfast needs fresh pastries, fruit and yogurt . Non guest sneaking in side door at night siting around the pool area.

Spacious room, location accessible to the purpose of the trip. Small fridge was great for keeping cold drinks.
Housekeeping services nearly nonexistent. Had to ask for soap, tissues, TP. Garbage was picked up and fresh towels left once during our 6 day stay. Similarly, had to ask for many things in the breakfast room too- they were always out of something, and we weren’t there at the last minute. Additionally there always seemed to be some people hanging out by the back entry door smoking and obstructing passage.
