There are no cable channels. I had to watch YouTube the whole time, there were red hair in one of my towels, and leftover hair in the tub

The room was nice and huge! Like a tiny apartment and I wanted to take the mattress home with me because it was so comfortable. The view was amazing.
A couple of things, the tv in the living room had black in the screen like the screen was going out so we just needed a new Larger TV honestly in both rooms they needed to be Larger. And the pool wasn't usable the 2nd day. I dont know maybe they were cleaning it but it was green. the equipment was broken in the gym. Other than that, it was fairly clean and enjoyable.

The jetted tub and pool.
Was not clean and the carpets smelled we had the presidential suite at that. Smells bad I had to buy some cleaning products. Staff was amazing though.

I don’t find it very comfortable to have text messages back to back asking about my stay at 8:30 in the morning. It’s nobody’s business what time I’m waving I’ll leave whenever I want to check out 11 and if I wanna leave at 11 I’ll leave at 11 if I wanna leave at 10:59 I’ll do that too But yeah don’t rush me out of here. This is a shitty hotel for you to be doing that

The only thing positive was the pool and location of the hotel.
Where do I begin? The entrance was closed but there were no signs directing us where to go to enter the hotel. We then were given a room where the key did not work and the lock was broken, hotel staff’s key worked but that didn’t help us because our key didn’t work. We were then given another room that smelled strongly of smoke, mind you this was a 100% smoke free hotel. The room also had tried food on the bed spread. We were then moved to a third room which was better but still not at all what was depicted in the hotel’s description. There was also a strong snell of marijuana by the elevators on the main floor, so much for 100% smoke free. Also the side customer door that had a key pad was not locked and anyone could use it to enter the hotel. Won’t stay again!!!

After having to leave another place in middle of the night in Dallas they were very accommodating in getting our family into 2 rooms at almost 1am. Staff was very friendly amd helpful amd made the stay very relaxing and comfortable. Definitely will continue to choose la quinta on any family trips we take...
