The room was clean, A/C is not super loud.
Parking is available.
Breakfast is standard for inexpensive hotels - eggs, breakfast sausage, bunch of carbs, tolerable coffee, orange juice. It was ok.
The area feels safe. It is pretty close to Fort Worth downtime.
A way to deal with the leak fro m the ceiling plumbing in the corridor was a large bucket to collect water.
The hotel advertise a pool, but every day they say the guests that "today the pool is not working". It actually looks like a pool of urine.
The fitness room has two of three cardio machines broken, and a very odd set of dumbbells.

Friendly staff, good food and location was great to get to the at&t stadium and several different restaurants and places.
The pool was a little bit green so didn't feel too comfortable been in there with kids.

There was no water at all and that was my reason for getting the room. Then when I asked for a refund they never gave it to me cause they said it was through booking.com me and my daughter counseled the room thinking they would put the money back on there to get another room cause that was all I had and they never put it back on my card and me and my child had to sleep in the car

The breakfast was nice. The room was nice.
The room bathroom was not properly cleaned. Neither were the bathrooms downstairs in the lobby for guest. Trash overflowing in all the cans in the bathroom. There was no water pressure the first 2 days by 3rd day the water was completely off from morning to the evening no water. No compensation to the guest, no explanation. No nothing.
