breakfast was very good was served in timely manner, the dinning room was clean and had the atmosphere was very pleasant, everything that we need.
Cant thing on anything right now my coworkers and I had a short but pleasant time ,it would be much better if only we had more time to enjoy.

I liked that they provided a luggage trolley for us to move our stuff into the hotel much more quickly. And it was conveniently located near a Walmart, Starbucks, and Panda Express.
Nothing went wrong, and the hotel highly exceeded my expectations.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean & comfortable & the location is ideal especially if you're going to concert at Globe Life Stadium
When I took a shower the water was cold . It took a while for the water to warm up.

We arrived after a one day at 6 Flags. When we got there the lobby was full of Highschool girls. We had to wait 40 minutes to check in because they only had one person working and about 100 girls to get rooms for. After the long wait we got our two rooms. We went up to the room and scanned the key and it was already occupied! We scared the hell out of a few of those girls. We went back downstairs and the guy at the counter called the manager (who is apparently the only one that could help) at home. I had asked for two connected or very close rooms. No one apologized for putting us in a room people were already in, and she then very rudely said, well we can’t guarantee that, they get what they get. We are moving across the country and a family 5 sharing bags and toiletries. Once we got settled in our rooms (about two hours at this point), there was no hot water. We waited until 11pm hoping it would change and it did not. We asked about a credit or discount for all the drama and I was handed. Business card and told only the manager (who is working from home) can address the issue for us. We will never stay at La Quinta again.
