Very Good
I really appreciated the night clerk moving me to a quieter room. The breakfast quality was good with fresh cooked food and the woman running the breakfast room was friendly; this factor will probably result in my return to this hotel in the future. Also, my room was clean.
My initial room assignment had a noisy AC unit, but that was quickly remedied.

The water stayed cold for most of my shower. The employee at the desk was not sure how to add an extra night to keep me in the same room . My key did not work on the morning of check out before it was check out time . The cold water was a huge issue

The housekeeping manager or manager i dont know what she was, kicked us out of thrl pool right at closing time and told my boyfriend he shouldnt have is trailor parked in the parking lot and people could steal it. She ruined our stay and our vacation.

Friendly staff, I asked if they could put my daughters family and I on same floor, so they moved my room to her floor & it made our little Christmas get together a lot easier being across from each other

The dinner we ordered at the bar was not worth it. We asked for Parmesan fries and that was not it… condiment packet was at the bottom of a pile of fries and the cheese was dumped on top of fries microwaved. Chicken wings were also just microwaved.

Overall it was a great experience it was nice it was clean the staff was very friendly had very good food
I don't like having animals run free I'm scared of dogs people didn't have them on leashes and they really need to be on one floor versus all over the building I was afraid every time I had to go out of my room to the elevator of coming in contact with someone's animal and they were very not mindful of me being afraid of animals

The water pressure was terrible and the sink faucet was having issues and the laundry room had a leak from the washer. You specifically set the machine to delicate and clothes com out hot. The beverage and snacks are so expensive $4.33 for a candy. The elevators were extremely slow to open and to close.

Nice and modern. Good food.
The breakfast area is not good. Only a few tables at food height, most were on your lap in the busy lobby. The food however was excellent.

Location was ideal, lots of stores and food close by. Loved the water pressure in the shower that was exceptional. Breakfast was good, lots of verity. Lady at the counter was very nice and knowledgeable.

It was a fantastic location. Close to plenty of stores and restaurants.
There were multiple times over our 4 days there that there was no hot water and the AC unit sounded like a plane taking off
