Wonderful
The facility was very clean and bright, the staff was helpful, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent! A great variety of hot and cold food that was well stocked and maintained by the staff. We now measure other hotel breakfasts by what we have experienced at our stays at Holiday Inn Express. They usually fall short.

Ac not work in 1st room. 2nd room ac kept cutting off before reaching set point making room hot.

Cleanliness
Hotel would not allow us to check in a (little early) we arrived off the road & asked, gentleman said the rooms were not ready at 1:00pm, check was at 3:00pm. Other hotels I attempt to check in early usually accommodates our requests.

Disappointing
The breakfast was good and the staff was nice.
The room had paint on both beds, sofa was torn and had stains, stains on carpet. Pool was so cold your hand started to feel numb and the people above us ran around and made so much noise until after midnight. We got maybe 4-5 hours of sleep.
